Medical Doctor and specialist in Public Health with ten years of professional experience in  ​​public health, epidemiology and health policy evaluation. He has worked in international organizations such as the World Health Organization and the European Commission. He was Director of the Services and Analysis Directorate at the General Directorate of Health (2020-2021).
